This position is within the Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Alaska Region for Denali National Park and Preserve. The selected duty location will be at Apostle Islands National Lakeshore.
At the full performance level (GS-11) the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Leads the development, preparation, formulation, revision, and execution of the parkwide budget using financial computer programs and Microsoft Excel. Manages parkwide budget status of funds and account allocations. Serves as budget analyst for two divisions. Collaborates with program managers to develop annual budgets.
Prepares formulation sheets and status of funds reports. Manages and completes the park's Service wide Comprehensive Call submission. Completes and monitors the park's Recreation Fee Comprehensive Plan. Ensures the park meets required maintenance and funds carryover targets. Monitors the park's Concession Franchise Fee cashflow plan. Conducts analysis of budget data to show trends and support management decisions.

Foreign Education: To receive credit for education completed outside the United States, you must show proof that the education has been submitted to a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign educational credentials and such education has been deemed at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education programs.
