This position is located at Departmental Offices, Domestic Finance - Community Development Financial Institutions Fund. The mission of the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) is to promote access to capital and enable locally based organizations to further economic growth and community development in urban and rural low-income communities across the nation.
The incumbent of this position is assigned continuing responsibility for managing one or more CDFI Fund programs.
Key Responsibilities
As a CDFI Manager (Programs), you will: Ensure programs are administered fairly and efficiently. Develop complete and timely policy and programmatic responses. Develop and or utilize innovative and efficient operations and business processes. Evaluate program effectiveness and impact. Manage, motivate, and mentor Associate Program Managers (APM) and general staff assigned to the business unit.
This position is with Treasury, Departmental Offices, Department of the Treasury.

The posted pay range is $169279 – $197200/yr.
