Job Summary
PLEASE NOTE: Based on the current hiring restrictions, selectees may be subject to additional approvals prior to an offer being extended. This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Centralized Receivables, Billing and Debt Reporting Division. As a Centralized Receivables Service (CRS) Agency Liaison, you will function as a key point of contact between CRS, Agency programs, financial agent operations, technical experts, and program managers across the bureau.
Key Responsibilities
As a Centralized Receivables Service (CRS) Agency Liaison, you will: -Conduct and/or coordinate a variety of projects to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of programmatic administrative and operational policies and procedures related to the mission of the organization and in promotion of CRS. -Develop strategic communication approaches to maintain relationships with customer agencies.
-Conduct periodic briefings to senior management on the status of customer relationship activities. -Facilitate efforts to improve debt collection initiatives by providing continuous review and evaluation of plans, policies, practices, and procedures to ensure that they produce the results necessary to develop and sustain effective program implementation.
-Provide support in the overall development of concepts and strategies that will form the framework of strategic planning for the CRS efforts.
