The selectee will serve as a Chief of Staff in the Office of Human Resources. Typical work assignments include: Developing and implementing strategic workforce plans to address current and future organizational needs, including staffing levels, skills gaps, and succession planning. Analyzing workforce data to identify trends, forecast needs, and inform decision-making. Developing internal administrative and staffing controls, guidance, and procedures for organizational use.
Analyzing new or proposed initiatives to determine the impact on Human Capital program operations. Responsible for directing, coordinating, and assuring the accuracy and efficient performance of tasks by subordinate staff.
