Reviews all available design data for a project such as field survey notes, foundation investigations, soils reports as to site conditions and geology, and hydraulic reports.

Pay range includes ($91,779-$141,880). If a selection is made at the full performance (GS-12 equivalent) level, the position will be offered as AcqDemo NH-3. If a selection is made at the career ladder GS-11 or lower, the position will remain in the General Schedule until full performance level is reached. The selectee will be notified of pay plan, level and pay in job offer.
