Key Responsibilities

You will serve as the COMMAND ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL ANALYST (CAPA) in the Civilian Personnel (CIVPERS) Branch (N11) in the N1 Directorate, U.S. Fleet Cyber Command (USFTCYBERCOM) at the National Security Agency (NSA) Complex, Fort Meade, MD.

Requirements & Education

Applicants may substitute the following education for the required experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position for the GG-09 position: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B.

or J.D., if related Applicants may substitute the following education for the required experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position for the GG-11 position: Ph.D.

or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the qualification requirements if the applicant can provide documentation indicating that the foreign education is comparable to that received in an accredited educational institution in the United States.
