Job Summary
***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN GUAM IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.*** You will serve as a CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Planning, Design and Construction of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. This position is also subject to a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) and Non-Foreign Post Differential (NFPD) currently set at 11.88% and 13.12%, respectively. COLA and NFPD are subject to change without notice.
Key Responsibilities
You will serve as a senior experienced and independent construction manager and provides expert construction management services to all activities and tenants served by the Facilities Engineering Command (FEC).
