Job Summary
About the Position: This position is located at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania The work is performed in an office setting of a Military Treatment Facility. The position requires competence in office automation equipment, to include secure Internet platforms. The duty hours are expected to be 0730-1630 (7:30am - 4:30pm), Monday through Friday. This is a direct hire solicitation for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce.
Incentives may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Assist beneficiaries in-person and/or by telephone with clarification on essential TRICARE benefits.
Requirements & Education
FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
