The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Contract Performance Evaluator engaged in the administration and inspection of multi-year, multi-million dollar base-wide recurring and non-recurring contracts.
Acts as primary or alternate Contracting Officers Representative (COR) and serves as the CES representative to the Business Requirements and Advisory Group.
Serves as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Serves as CES representative to the Business Requirements and Advisory Group (BRAG). Serves as the technical member of the Pre-Award Survey Team. Performs inspections and maintains surveillance over assigned contracts. Develops performance work statements, SOWs, cost estimates, pricing and bidding schedules, purchase requests and other documentation for maintenance and repair service by contract.
Prepares and presents briefings.
