If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for enforcing Federal criminal and civil laws that protect life, liberty and the property of citizens. You will be responsible for performing docketing and legal report development using computerized case tracking and record-keeping systems. Typical work assignments will include: Inputs information into databases and systems and updates records.
Develops and maintains automated records from initial referral to final disposition and case file closure. Extracts requested program and/or statistical data when requested. Performs routine factual research to correct and update case records. Reviews recurring reports to respond to inquiries. Produces a variety of written documents and materials utilizing a wide range of office automations applications.
Produces tables, graphs, and charts which may be incorporated into legal documents or courtroom presentations. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at a college or university that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
