The primary purpose of this position: The primary purpose of this position is: To provide advanced technical engineering support and expertise for complex civil engineering projects, including the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems. Key Responsibilities

Provides advanced technical engineering support and analysis for complex facility and infrastructure projects requiring specialized civil engineering expertise. Manages technical aspects of major civil engineering construction and service contracts requiring specialized expertise.

Develops and manages complex technical data and engineering documentation systems for civil engineering operations Performs comprehensive civil facility and infrastructure assessments and technical studies requiring advanced expertise.
