As an EQUAL EMPLOYMENT MANAGER, you will: Plan, develop, coordinate and administers a comprehensive Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program for the Departmental Offices. Ensure that the EEO program provides continuing positive equal employment services to employees at all levels. Develop EEO policies and procedures necessary to carry out the equal employment opportunity program. Manage, oversee, and promote related EEO programs.
Provide program direction and guidance for complaint resolutions.
