Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct interviews with personnel regarding allegations of EEO infractions. Recommend policy changes based on new legal determinations in EEO law. Prepare counselor reports for EEO complaints. Conduct EEO training related to compliance with federal law. Process complaints within the regulatory time frame according to policy. Gather documents to facilitate the resolution of EEO complaints.
Provide technical advice to office personnel regarding EEO policy. Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level. Work Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule available between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily. Compressed/Flexible: Available.
