The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as the Executive Director of Manpower, Personnel, and Services at a MAJCOM, responsible for formulating program goals, plans, and policies for the directorate's mission. **Excepted Service Position - Schedule Policy/Career Position**
Key Responsibilities
As Executive Director of Manpower, Personnel, and Services at a MAJCOM plans, organizes, and manages the activities of the directorate with the director, and serves as the primary advisor to the MAJCOM Commander on all civilian issues. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Participates in special projects and initiatives and performs special assignments.
Represents the Manpower, Personnel, and Services Directorate with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
