Key Responsibilities
Serving as a Facility Capital Planning Specialist GS-1601-13 makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) team and mission. This position is located in the Facilities Management Division with the Mission and Readiness Support Directorate in Glynco, Georgia.
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Facility Capital Planning Specialist responsible for managing, collecting, analyzing, and reporting facility management, real property, and capital assets data at an enterprise level to support effective capital planning and foster innovation in facility operations and technology.
Typical duties include: Providing technical advice, policy direction, coordination, evaluation and mangement support Serving as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for contracts and ensuring oversight and implementation of innovative asessment methodologies Conducting comprehensive analysis of facility capital planning data across multiple platforms Evaluating technical and administrative performance of contractors against contractual requirements View common definitions of terms found in this announcement: Common Definitions.
