The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Engineering and Operations Support Section of the Civil Engineer Technical Services Center (CETSC). Plans, organizes and directs the activities of the Engineering and Operations Support Section of the CETSC, ensuring that the section complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
Provides support to ANG civil engineering unit, base civil engineer, facility managers, production controllers and material controllers in determining of processes and procedures for proper management of the facilities and infrastructure on an ANG Base. Represents the CETSC with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
