You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the BUDGET & STATISTICS DIVISION (CODE 620), COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.
SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE (GS-11): Applicants may substitute the following education for the required experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position: GS-11: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or L.L.M., if related.
COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be used to meet the total qualification requirements. GS-12: There is no allowable substitution of education for experience at the GS-12 grade level. Are you using your education to qualify?
