The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Resource Management Subject Matter Expert ACC (A2) Intelligence Directorate. Provides expert resource management direction, guidance, advice, and support for a variety of requirements review, programming, and financial management budget formulation, and execution functions. **Salary ranges include local market supplements.**
Plans and organizes activities of ACC Intelligence Directorate (A2) Resources Management Division, ensuring financial management compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Reviews higher headquarters taskings, providing interpretations and recommendations relative to HAF, Combat Air Force (CAF) and General Defense Intelligence Program (GDIP) funding.
Represents ACC Intelligence Directorate with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Serves as financial analyst and technical expert. Provides expert advice, assistance, and guidance on financial management requirements.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS) position implemented under Section 504, Title V of Public Law 99-569, Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1987, as codified in Sec 1601, Chap 83 of Title 10 United States Code which sets forth Air Force policies and procedures for DCIPS. This position is in the Excepted Service.
