This position is located in the Quality Department at the Western Oregon Service Unit in Salem, Oregon. The incumbent serves as the Service Unit subject matter expert for clinical information workflow, electronic health record optimization, quality data analysis, and related process improvment activities. Configures, tests, troubleshoots, and optimizes EHR and clinical application functionality.
Analyzes workflows and recommends system improvements to support clinical operations. Provides user training and technical guidance to clinical and administrative staff. Coordinates with clinical leadership, information technology, and program staff to implement, support, and optimize clinical information systems. Develops reports, analyzes data, and supports regulatory reporting, quality improvements, and accreditation requirements.
