Key Responsibilities
You will serve as the Housing Management Specialist responsible for the effective management and provisions of off-base referral services and the Rental Partnership Program (RPP) for military personnel and Department of War .
Requirements & Education
You may also meet the minimum qualifications through education and/or combination of education and experience by satisfying one of the following for the GS-09: A. Possess a master's. or equivalent graduate degree. B. Possess 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree C. or Possess a LL.B or J.D., if related. D. Possess a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent. You may also meet the minimum qualifications through education and/or combination of education and experience by satisfying one of the following for the GS-07: A. Possess Superior Academic Achievement. B. Possess 1 full year of progressively higher level graduate education C.
or Possess a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
