CA/EX/HRD is responsible for providing consultative, operational, and policy advice and services to its client. Note: Location is negotiable upon selection. Serves as a subject matter expert in employee and labor relations and advises top management officials of the Bureau on a broad range of highly complex and often controversial issues related to employee and labor management relations.
