Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to serve in a multi-service staff assignment within the scope of the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Incumbent will serve as a Human Resources Specialist for the Department of the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office, Field Support unit. **Salary ranges include local market supplements.**
Key Responsibilities
Provides expert counsel and support in various civilian HR program areas to all levels of management officials within OAF RCO FSU. Maintains specific program responsibility for implementation of an effective program in any one or more of a wide variety of civilian HR functions. Serves as a liaison between DAF RCO-FSU and AFPC, HRC, NRO, OAF RCO Headquarters, and other HR activities.
