These vacancies are located in the Delegated Examining Office (DEO) Call Center under the Human Resources Operations Office (HROO), Workforce Management and Consulting (WMC).
The major duties of the HR Assistant (Recruitment and Placement/OA) position within the Delegated Examining Office (DEO) Call Center include, but are not limited to: Assisting applicants with questions and application processes and procedures. Assisting with recruitment and placement processes and procedures. Utilizing USA Staffing to assist with questions regarding application processes, status of application, and other information.
Preparing and generating a variety of automated reports. Creating spreadsheets and tracking information using Excel or equivalent. Interpreting policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines. Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Compressed/Flexible: May be available at supervisor's discretion Telework: This position may be authorized for ad hoc telework. Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process. Ad hoc is defined as occasional, non-recurring telework. Virtual: This is not a virtual position. This is not a remote position.
