You will serve as the Human Resources Director (HRD) for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in the Fleet Readiness Center (FRC). You will oversee and direct a comprehensive, dynamic, progressive and effective manpower and Human Capital Management (HCM) program for FRC by creating and implementing strategies and initiatives based on and including budget, workforce requirements and projects, Department of Navy (DoN) goals, mission needs, and congressional mandates.
Key Responsibilities
You will represent customer-based organizations in personnel matters with (Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR), etc.) and recognize employee associations and labor unions.
