This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as an Information Systems Management Specialist under the Chief, Business Management Branch.
Leads IT resource planning and requirements development for long-range initiatives, including joint and multi-service programs supporting Department of War missions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual and multi-year budget estimates using historical trends, mission requirements, and projected program needs.
