Key Responsibilities
Provides expert technical leadership in all Windows Operating System components. Assists in the management of service provider relationships, interacting with field engineers to provide escort for on-site repairs and replacements, interacting with online and/or telephonic support personnel to troubleshoot and diagnose SAP system hardware and software problems.
Provides valued support (problem identification, resolution and implementation) for the SAP Millennium applications, hardware, database, operation system, third party monitoring tools and security problems. Analyzes and resolves hardware and operating systems platform issues. Provides guidance and technical assistance to the administrator in all matters regarding operations to include disaster-recovery and continuity.
