The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a journeyman Information Technology (IT) specialist responsible for managing the organizational F-35 Local Area Network and an F-35 Hardware in the Loop, Electronic Warfare, Flight Simulation Lab, including the planning, analysis, acquisition, design, development, implementation, quality assurance, configuration, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Administers the F-35 Local Area Network (LAN) and the F-35 hardware in the Loop Electronic Warfare Labs for the unit. Conducts problem analysis to identify trends, ineffective practices or procedures, and equipment shortcomings. Plans for current and future technology integration and works issues for compatibility and standardization based on current and projected customer needs.

Ensures the rigorous application of information security and assurance policies in the delivery of network services.
