About the Position: You will serve as a national specialist on navigation engineering for new locks, navigation dams, major rehabilitation, and navigation infrastructure operations and maintenance for the Inland Navigation Design Center (INDC). Position may be filled under any of the following occupational series, depending on the qualifications of the applicant and needs of the agency: Civil Engineer, 0810 Mechanical Engineer, 0830 Electrical Engineer, 0850
