Key Responsibilities

If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for conducting or assisting with conducting investigations.

Typical work assignments will include: Working with assigned attorneys to determine applicable administrative statutory and regulatory law and identifying possible violations or causes of action; Conducting extensive searches of files, records, and regulatory processes to find or obtain appropriate evidence for prosecution; Compiling documents and physical evidence, and creating charts, graphs, videotapes, and other audio-visual materials for use in motions and at trial; Independently handle cases as a lead investigator, which are characterized by obscure leads, few visible records, uncooperative witnesses, and conflicting evidence; Examining books, ledgers, payrolls, cost reports, billing transactions, events, or allegations under investigation; Preparing interim and final reports on progress of investigations for use by attorneys.

Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
