Job Summary
This position is located in the Office of Information Technology, Executive Office for Immigration Review, U. S. Department of Justice. This role manages IT projects involving application development, testing, implementation, and sustainment. It coordinates requirements, resources, schedules, risks, contractors, and stakeholders to support EOIR mission needs.
This is a Competitive Service position; additional positions may be filled from this announcement within 90 days of certificate issuance.
Key Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities for a IT Project Manager, GS-2210-13 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Coordinates IT project management activities, resources, equipment, and information related to the delivery of products, platforms, or services to agencies and the public. Provides IT advice, assistance and training to customers who manage the development, production, and sustainment of systems.
Collaborate with other IT Specialists and contractors in the analysis and development of future software design and programming techniques. Develops comprehensive information on the system data inputs, outputs, and related (IT) concerns.
