The selectee will serve as an IT Project Manager in the Mission Delivery Division, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).
Typical work assignments include: Managing, directing, overseeing, and implementing acquisition policies and procedures directed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and United States Secret Service (USSS) as they apply to the development, acquisition, and operations of IT programs and projects acquired for the USSS to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of programs.
Overseeing all elements of the CIO acquisition support staff to ensure IT acquisition strategies and plans are managed within the enterprise software tools. Providing authoritative interpretation, instructions, and guidance in all phases of the acquisition process to OCIO executives, subject matter experts, and management officials.
