Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the information technology system developer with responsibility for assisting in the design, planning, and coordinating the installation, testing, modifying, upgrading, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems architecture.
Key Responsibilities
DUTY 1: Performs services as a Net. Carries out responsibilities encompassing both Windows and Linux server configuration, VMware management, file system configuration, systems development, integration, advanced file systems administration, cybersecurity implementation, storage area networks management, database administration, and hardware architecture design. DUTY 2: Cyber systems security liaison.
Create IT Cybersecurity system designs that meet precise operational needs and environmental factors. DUTY 3: IT systems administration consultant. Participate as a member of the configuration control board in the formulation of the architecture for the 17th Training Wing Cyber Training environment. DUTY 4: Network Storage and Backup Specialist.
As an advisor for Network Storage operations for the 17 TRG training networks, the employee oversees a range of critical functions, including configuring Windows and Linux servers, managing VMware, developing and integrating systems, administering advanced file systems, implementing cybersecurity measures, and designing hardware architecture.
