The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as senior information technology (IT) specialist and consultant to management in support of installation IT policy and plans.
Key Responsibilities
Performs studies and establishes plans of action for improving the efficiency of information technology applications. Assesses policy needs and develops policy and procedures governing IT activities. Functions as a senior technical advisor on contract and budget activities. Represents the organization at conferences and meetings and presents briefings. Leads and/or participates in discussions, meetings, conferences, committees or special IT projects.
This position is with U.S. Air Forces, Europe, Department of the Air Force.
