The Lead Medical Support Assistant (MSA) under Community Care service line monitors and makes work assignments, provides input on performance, resolves daily workplace issues and maintains efficient workflow in the Community Care office. The Lead, MSA serves as a Consult Coordinator for Community Care Program. The MSA works collaboratively with other members of an expanded health care team to provide a robust interdisciplinary approach to care.

Provides administrative support to Physicians, Physician's Assistants, Nurses, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners, Dieticians, Social Workers, and other administrative and professional staff throughout the Primary Care Service area Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM or 8:00AM-4:30PM Telework: Not Available Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
