You will serve as a Lead Recreation Fee Technician with National Park Service. The primary purpose of this position is to lead at least three full-time employees in performing a variety of duties associated with the collection, deposit, tracking, and expenditure of fee revenue and donations collected from the public under legal authorities such as the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act. .
Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Train, mentor, and coach employees, volunteers, and interns. Troubleshoot and resolve reservation issues across automated and manual systems. Investigate and resolve complex fee collection problems and errors. Assist with fund reconciliation, verify and correct errors, and process related financial transactions. Resolve complex reservation issues across automated and manual systems

The posted pay range is $45409 – $59031/yr.
