Job Summary

This is an Open Continuous Announcement (OCA). Qualified applicants will be referred to the hiring manager at regular intervals until the position is filled or as additional vacancies occur. Performs aspects of admission /discharge procedures as directed Collects patient data including observations of patient status. Accurately reports patient/client information. Recognizes subtle and significant changes in the patient in response to nursing care. Promptly recognizes urgent or emergent patient care situations, seeks assistance and effectively intervenes as directed when appropriate. Communicates changes in patient condition/response to nursing care.

Organizes/ prioritizes routine and non-routine nursing care activities Provides care to patients/clients appropriate to their cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological maturation. Accurately documents and retrieves patient/clinical information using electronic medical record. Provides effective education to patients and/or family members in relation to common disease processes, medications, and/or prescribed diagnostic and/or treatment regimes, as directed.

Adheres to standards of practice and safe technique in preparation and administration of medicine, documents administration in BCMA. Observes patient for adverse effects from medication and reports to the team RN Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 0730-1600 Recruitment/Relocation Incentives (Sign-on Bonus): May be approved for highly qualified candidates.

Paid Time Off: 37-50 days of annual paid time offer per year (13-26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year) Selected applicants may qualify for credit toward annual leave accrual, based on prior [work experience] or military service experience. Parental Leave: After 12 months of employment, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave in connection with the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of a child.

Child Care Subsidy: After 60 days of employment, full time employees with a total family income below $144,000 may be eligible for a childcare subsidy up to 25% of total eligible childcare costs for eligible children up to the monthly maximum of $416.66.
