The primary purpose of this position is to exercise first level supervisory and managerial authorities to military subordinates, over the Logistics Operations and Compliance in the Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS). Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Logistics Operations and Compliance. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization, supply and transportation objectives. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors. Represents the Logistics Readiness Squadron on a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Plans, directs and prepares recurring and special reports to ensure the efficient and effective operation of squadron. Uses multiple office automation software with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents that often require complex formats such as graphics or table within text, editing and reformatting electronic drafts and updating or revising existing databases or spreadsheets.
