Key Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Mail Supervisory, you will use your knowledge of and experience with Program Support Center to optimize business results and customer experience by: Serving as onsite supervisor responsible for day-to-day mail operations and participating in planning and directing centralized mail services. Coordinating and scheduling work to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of official mail while ensuring compliance with postal regulations.
Providing day-to-day supervision and guidance to mail operations employees, monitoring work assignments, and providing on-the-job instruction Providing expert advice, assistance, and guidance to serviced programs regarding specialized mail issues and investigated reports of misrouted, mishandled, or lost mail.
