Serves as a Management Analyst in the Wellness, Resilience, and Advocacy Programs Branch (WRAP). WRAP is a Branch that serves the needs of the ATF community by providing Human Resources wellness and providing direction to employees on Branch programs.
Key Responsibilities
The major duties of the Management Analyst position include, but are not limited to, the following: Managing all aspects of the workers compensation program including working in E-Comp and knowledge of all rules and regulations withing DOL/OWCP including Federal Employee Compensation Act Develop annual and quarterly reports for evaluation of the workers compensation program as required by Department of Labor, Department of Justice and Office of Personnel Management.
Engage in outreach activities including presentations and information sessions to employees and supervisors about the workers compensation program. Provide support to outreach and engagement initiatives for Workforce Wellness Support Division. Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.
