Performs program analysis, data review, reporting, and evaluation functions in support of nationwide implementation of FSA programming, earned time credits, risk and needs assessments, training, and related operational activities. Provides analytical and consultative services to management to ensure strategic alignment of programs, services and policies with the Bureau's mission, goals, and objectives.
Responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of FSA program data, including participation rates, time credit application, risk assessment outcomes, training completion, and compliance metrics. Supports implementation initiatives by tracking milestones,deliverables, and action items.
