Job Summary
Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below for IMPORTANT additional information. The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an Air Force Cryptologic Manpower Liaison Officer supporting the Air Force Cryptologic Office (AFCO) within the National Security Agency (NSA).
Key Responsibilities
DUTY 1 - The incumbent supports the AF SCO and NSA Military Manpower Management (B15) by overseeing the programming and use of Air Force cryptologic manpower resources.
DUTY 2 - The Cryptologic Manpower Liaison Officer researches, analyzes, validates, certifies and synchronizes AF manpower data documented in the Manpower Programming & Execution System (MPES) and the NSA Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and is used to strategize, plan and implement mission/manpower/organizational changes across the CCP enterprise.
DUTY 3 - Participates in NSA/CSS-led organizational Zero-Base Reviews, Tiger Teams, and Enterprise Quarterly Priority Directive actions - conducting changes to cryptologic manpower needs - aligning to the new recognized and approved mission set. DUTY 4 - Prepares reports for dissemination across the AF Cryptologic Enterprise using various reporting tools to meet adhoc and recurring reporting requirements.
