This Management Analyst will serve as the Microelectronics Associate Director for the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War (ODASW) for Product Support (PS). Serves as a Management Analyst, managing day-to-day operations, projects, and tasks; synchronizing work efforts, and creating/maintaining strategic relationships across the DoW Logistics enterprise to enable success.

Incumbents typical work assignments may include the following: Assesses daily operations to ensure programmatic actions align with overall strategic direction and resource capabilities. Analyzes and synchronizes life cycle logistics and sustainment efforts to ensure microelectronics programs comply with budget constraints and congressional mandates.
Synthesizes complex analytical findings to prepare and shape data-driven strategic communications, background papers, and planning rationales for senior leaders. Conducts comprehensive management studies to formulate and propose organizational positions on a wide variety of activities related to life cycle logistics.
Evaluates the scope and objectives of special projects assigned, designing analytical frameworks to guide their formulation and measure the success of their implementation. Applies advanced analytical, conceptual, and statistical methodologies to resolve unprecedented logistical challenges, providing recommendations that enhance life cycle logistics readiness and ensure affordable sustainment.
