Job Summary
You will serve as OPNAV N99 manpower subject matter expert and as a resource sponsor representative for Civilian, Military Personnel Navy, and Reserves Personnel Navy funded authorizations in a policy-level Information Warfare organization.
Key Responsibilities
You will interpret, evaluate, and analyze activity manpower program appropriations, programming, budgeting, and allocation of resources consistent with the priorities and mission objectives of the Department of the Navy and the Department of War.
