Job Summary

This position is located in the Human Capital Program Management Division (HCMPD). The HCPMD is responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating the provision of human capital and manpower resources management for both civilian and military personnel and organizational and management planning. This includes Personnel Staffing and Operations, Resources and Personnel Programs, and Classification, Performance Management, Labor Management, and Employee Relations.

This position is being filled under Direct Hire Authority (DHA) in accordance with Section 9902(b)(2) of Title 5 U.S. Code. Please read this Public Notice in its entirety prior to submitting your application for consideration. Incumbents typical work assignments may include the following: Serves as a Management Analyst responsible for designing, developing, and managing personnel staffmg and operations programs.

Routinely evaluates the program and prepares reports, charts, and summaries for agency leadership to make informed decisions on mission requirements. Analyzes and evaluates on a quantitative/qualitative basis the effectiveness of the agency's staffmg and recruitment operations, methods, and procedures in meeting established goals and objectives.

Provides authoritative advice and guidance to the personnel staffmg and operations team leader, the HCPMD Director, and other members of the PFP A staff regarding the staffing and recruitment of positions.
