You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Human Resources/Manpower & Manning/Education and Training Directorate of US FLEET CYBER COMMAND.
Key Responsibilities
You will serve as a liaison between Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS) and Waypoints Users to provide customer satisfaction on system updates, questions and resolution of help desk tickets.
Requirements & Education
In lieu of required experience, applicants can meet minimum qualifications through possession of the following education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
