Key Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a unit's focal point as a Program Analyst pertaining to Guardian Angel training requirements, conduct, critically analyze and develop air and ground operational scheduling program and processes, and evaluate issues, and develop recommendations to resolve tactical problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a squadron program.
Duties: Applying military Special Operations experience, analyzes, develops, and evaluates scheduling processes, and issues and develops recommendations to resolve substantive problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations.
Using military Special Operations experience, actively participates in Wing, Group and Squadron strategic planning to improve organizational direction and focus using strategic planning tools, higher headquarter guidance and techniques.
Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with Wing, Group and Squadron staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assignments. Documents Wing, Group and Squadron planning and programming decisions in appropriate formats to meet Air Force and Major Command requirements.
