Job Summary
Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Enterprise Services, Workforce Care Directorate. Location: Negotiable after your selection. (Must report to a CBP Facility)
Key Responsibilities
Int his role you will be a Management and Program Analyst in Enterprise Services, Workforce Care Directorate, serving as an expert advisor on evaluating and improving employee and family support, wellness, and work-life programs across CBP. This position starts at a salary of $121,785.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $158,322.00 (GS-13, Step 10).
Major duties include: Developing, implementing, and managing the National Chaplain Program and Enterprise Services Care Team, ensuring alignment with agency policy, establishing program goals, and overseeing effective execution. Building and maintaining relationships with key leaders and personnel in Employee and Family Support, Wellness, and Work-Life integration to enhance program effectiveness.
Participating in the planning, scheduling, and execution of initiatives to improve Employee and Family Support and Well-Being, ensuring the allocation of appropriate services, facilities, and resources to meet program priorities.
