As a Management and Program Analyst, you will be responsible for performing complex budget, resource planning, program analysis, internal control, and stakeholder coordination duties to support effective program management and informed leadership decision-making. Typical duties will include: Analyzing and developing program-focused budget formulation, strategic resource planning, and multi-year program plans to ensure alignment with mission priorities.
Monitoring and managing program budget execution and funds control, conducting variance and trend analyses, and recommending corrective actions to optimize resource utilization. Conducting program evaluations, advanced analytics, and internal control assessments to strengthen budget integrity, audit readiness, and compliance.
Serving as a subject matter expert advising leadership, program managers, and stakeholders on budget policy, governance, and resource management strategies. Coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to advance resource strategies, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
