RSA supports the Data Collection and Analysis Unit which collects, analyzes, and reports data submitted by five formula grant programs, including the State Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Services program, under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.

As a Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-13/14, you will be responsible for Participates in the administration of the performance accountability provisions in Title I of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) for the vocational rehabilitation (VR) program, negotiating performance measures and evaluating program effectiveness.
Serves on project teams to deliver technical assistance regarding data collection and reporting requirements, evaluates internal control systems, creates analytical tools to support program evaluation and continuous improvement for VR agencies.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of program operations and outcomes, advise management on analytical methods and procedures, and maintain systems for data collection and reporting to ensure alignment with goals and objectives. Participate in work-groups to develop program guidelines, assist in identifying goals and objectives, and serve on monitoring teams for grantees, including planning, conducting reviews, and preparing reports and corrective action plans.
Supports responsible data sharing collaboration with Federal and non-federal entities, maintains broad contacts to disseminate information, promote goals, and negotiate solutions to complex issues affecting program effectiveness.
