This position is in the Office of the Secretary (S), Office of Civil Rights and Ombudsman (OCR), U.S. Department of State. S/OCR manages the Department's internal civil rights programs and policies, primarily the Department's Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program and Anti-Harassment Program.
The Management and Program Analyst acts as the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Officer for OCR programs, responsible for the flow of data and analytics into and out of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as OCR's senior analyst and advisor on data-informed program evaluation for the EEO complaints and Anti-Harassment Program, applying analytical methods such as data science and artificial intelligence tools in support of the office's mission.
